I represented the buyers on our recent deal in Phoenix, and from start to finish she was steady, professional, and easy to work with. Amanda helped me sell my house and buy another. She was incredibly patient, communicative and available whenever I needed to reach her which was a huge help when managing simultaneous deals with all the work that comes with it. I had her take me to see a large amount of houses after hours and weekends to find the perfect fit, plus she took a lot of time to hold open houses to get my house sold too. Lots of realtors don't hold open houses themselves as much anymore but she was willing to show the house as much as necessary to get it moved. When I needed advice for staging the house plus moving and maintenance contacts, she had those ready to go too.
